Exceptional service, beautifully appointed and very clean rooms, quiet and centrally located. What a delight! Thanks so much to the helpful staff - from the tech help, front desk, room service and the person who cleaned my windscreen the day I left! All I can say is wow! I can’t recommend highly enough. And I haven’t even started on the food! Definitely the best motel food I have EVER had - beats the Hyatt hands down! Thanks everyone, I’ll be back!

My husband and I stayed a night here, an unexpected delight. The ability to dine in their amazing and fine dining experience was an added bonus. The chef’s need to be congratulated as we both agreed that we experienced some of the most delicious food ever. Hats off to this organisation and its staff. We will definitely be coming back. What a wonderful hotel !! We arrived late and tired and were greeted by a lovely lady named Heather. She was kind, friendly and welcoming. Our room was amazing, so beautiful and clean. The bed and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. Best sleep so far on our holiday coming back from QLD to SA. We got In late so didn't try the food but loved the room service menu. Thank you Quality Hotel for employing such lovely staff and for your wonderful hotel. We will definitely be staying again on our next trip up to QLD.

Staff are professional , friendly & always helpful, a real delight. Pool is amazing and has a spa. Had breakfast at the restaurant which was cheaper and better than most cafe's. Room was modern with a big TV and all the on demand movies. Only negative was I had a room facing the fairly busy main road. There is no double glazing so i could hear every truck, car & motorcycle going up the road. From 1- 5AM it's quiet, but that's about it. If your a light sleeper, request a room off the road. Can't fault it otherwise. Will definitely be back, better than anything else I have tried in Wangaratta.

Booked dinner for 2 to celebrate a birthday. Table ready on time as our booking was early so we could go to a show. The food was perfect. The cost of the meal was very reasonable. There was a large range on the menu to choose from. Our wine by the glass was reasonable. Would definitely go again

A really pleasant place to stay. I was the tour leader for a group of 30 that visited Wangaratta for just one night. Every member of my group that I spoke to afterwards had only good things to say. The staff were excellent, providing genuinely some of the best hospitality service I've received anywhere.
